ARE YOU READY TO BE INSPIRED AND BECOME
AN AUTHENTIC LEADER IN STEMM?

Dive in with us on the REPLAYS and hear from 22 speakers across 11 different countries, as they share their stories of Inspiration, Innovation, and Authenticity in their field.

THIS SUMMIT IS ALL ABOUT

Inspiration

Creating value-driven positive change that leads to a deep sense of purpose and responsibility.

Innovation

Constructing big ideas, taking massive action and making concepts become reality.

Authenticity

Developing mastery of mindset, self-regulation and resilience to become an Authentic Leader.

WHAT IS AN

EMPOWERED

AUTHENTIC LEADER?

Is it educational background? Is it qualifications? Is it following the one-size-fits-all traditional processes and knowledge? Does it have to be based on years of experience? Does it have to be all done by the book?

In STEMM, especially in the last two decades, everything has progressed exponentially from technology to medicine, engineering to sciences and even new professions have emerged but the leadership practices have stayed stagnant. Stayed in the hierarchical, patriarchal system, and THIS HAS TO CHANGE.

Is it fear of change? Fear of being seen? Fear of going outside the box? Or have we stayed in our comfort zones way too long to realize that we can no longer hide the anxieties, mental fatigue and lack of progression we are feeling, as professionals and leaders?

HAVE YOU EVER FELT...

Pressured to conform to the hierarchy in STEMM?

Like there is a lack of opportunity to progress in your chosen career?

A lack of motivation, inspiration or want to give up?

 Isolated and disconnected from others?

Self-doubt and personal incompetence that persists despite your education, experience, and accomplishments?

HAVE YOU EVER FELT...

Pressured to conform to the hierarchy in STEMM?

Like there is a lack of opportunity to progress in your chosen career?

A lack of motivation, inspiration or want to give up?

 Isolated and disconnected from others?

All ticket sales will be donated to help the street children in Nawa Asha Griha in Nepal.

Although Nawa Asha Griha has grown considerably over the years, it has retained its family atmosphere.

There are currently about 200 children living in the home and an additional 250 children from the poorest backgrounds can attend school at Nawa Asha Griha every day.

The stronger ones help the weaker ones, the older ones take care of the younger ones in the home. Some of the children come to Nawa Asha Griha as babies and stay until they are about 20 years old. Most of the children do not know their exact date of birth.

Thanks to an “Ämtliplan” the children are integrated in the daily structure. The chores include, for example, washing dishes, mopping or cleaning the common rooms.
